Every system we install starts with diamond grinding the concrete surface, a thorough repair of any cracks or damage, and a deep-penetrating primer — regardless of which coating you choose.
Our most popular system. A 100% solid epoxy basecoat offers exceptional adhesion, thickness, body, and color that 1-Day Floor systems cannot match. Decorative flake is broadcast into the wet epoxy and permanently embedded as it cures, finished with a polyaspartic clearcoat that provides UV stability, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, and a lasting high-gloss finish. Available in the color blends shown below — custom colors available on request.
Built for garages and commercial spaces that see heavy use, or for those who prefer a modern, glossy, monochromatic look, this system finishes with a professional, industrial-grade urethane clearcoat designed for excellent abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, and long-term durability. Like our other systems, it includes diamond grinding for proper surface preparation, concrete repair, and can be tailored with anti-skid additives for wet or oily areas.
Our toughest, highest-traction decorative floor. This system uses a pigmented epoxy basecoat and a full broadcast of colored quartz aggregate to create a dense, textured surface that holds up to heavy use. The quartz is then locked in with additional resin coats and finished with a clear, UV-stable polyaspartic or urethane topcoat for long-term wear, chemical resistance, and easy cleaning.
Quartz is a great choice for garages and workshops that see water, oil, and frequent foot traffic, and for commercial spaces that need extra slip resistance. Texture can be adjusted from a comfortable grip to a more aggressive anti-skid finish, depending on how the space is used. Like all of our systems, it starts with diamond grinding, crack and spall repair as needed, and careful surface profiling so the coating bonds properly.
A clean, industrial solid-color floor built for busy garages, workshops, and commercial bays. This system uses a pigmented epoxy or polyaspartic base for strong adhesion and film build, then is sealed with a high-performance polyaspartic or urethane topcoat for excellent abrasion and chemical resistance.
It is a great choice when you want maximum durability and anti-skid for heavy use like machine shops and industrial manufacturing facilities. Like all of our systems, it starts with diamond grinding, crack and spall repair as needed, and careful surface profiling so the coating bonds properly.
Though not recommended for every installation, this is for homeowners and business owners who need the fastest possible return to use. Our polyaspartic system can be completed in a single day and is typically ready for foot traffic within hours and vehicle traffic within 24 hours.
When the concrete itself needs attention — significant cracking, spalling, or surface damage — our resurfacing system repairs and resurfaces the slab before any decorative coating is applied.
