We stand behind our work. Here is exactly what our warranty covers and what it does not.
What Does Our Warranty Cover?
Most of our residential garage floor coatings are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. We guarantee our materials will stay intact and properly bonded to the concrete and itself.
What Is Not Covered By Our Warranty?
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal Wear and Tear
- Alterations or modifications to the floor
- Abuse, misuse, neglect, or accidents
- Cracking, heaving, or spalling in the underlying concrete
- Damage from harsh chemicals
- Excessive moisture or increased vapor emissions from the slab for any reason (plumbing leaks, drainage issues, hydrostatic pressure, shallow water tables, etc)
What Is Covered By The Lifetime Guarantee
The lifetime warranty applies to exclusively to residential garage floor coatings.
Exterior and commercial applications do not include the lifetime guarantee.
Also excludes our ‘Econo’ floor coating system. Though it undergoes the same rigorous surface preparation and utilizes the same high-quality materials, it is simply a matter of the economy price point.
In the rare case that a warranty issue arises, if it is a small repair, we will touch it up. If a larger issue arises, we will often choose to re-coat the entire floor for you.
How To Make A Warranty Claim
If you think you have a warranty issue, just reach out to us by phone, text, or email, and we will get you taken care of. Even if it’s not an actual warranty issue, if you are flexible with us on timing, in most cases we will handle small repairs for you.
